輻射暴露量
最近因為日本福島第一核子發電廠輻射外洩的新聞，讓此一議題變的非常紅火，剛好三月份的anesthesiology有篇有關麻醉醫師在醫院工作暴露於輻射線下的工安題目，值得注意。

麻醉的暴露量是放射科的6倍，每次procedure的3倍多，哇，勇哉!麻哥麻姐們!連guideline的建議最高暴露量也比人家(radiology personel) 高3-6倍(the current International Commission on Radiation Protection occupational guidelines for radiation exposure to the eye (150 mSv/yr))，雖然每次的暴露量6.5-μSv還算在安全範圍，但輻射量是要算累積值，所以常在radiation下工作的同仁們，自求多福吧!
1. 儘量躲在遮蔽板後。
2. 要戴保護鏡。
