日月潭橫渡達陣歸來！


早上5:15集合，總是有一兩隻會錯過起床號，遲到6:00才開車，還不是走6號國道，而是繞道3號下水里交流道，走16號省道，經過莫比克颱風的蹂躪，基本上道路是搶通了。路上還在休息站了一下，到日月潭已經是7:30。準備妥當，吃了兩根香蕉，灌了幾百cc的開水，塗上防晒油，蛙鏡塗上除霧油（今天的慘劇由此發生，後續）。走到入水集合點，哇咧！一票的人，雖然各隊旗幟分明，但人群分佈卻是雜亂無章，人人往前擠，都想早點下水，已經很難找到自己的隊伍，好不容易等到長官致詞，（聽說台北無車日，長官致詞也是被罵臭頭！唉！此風可休矣！）9點終於下水！ps.這張戴紅，藍面罩的是同行的女同事，右邊英俊又豪氣的是這次的領隊。

三大壯舉 - 日月潭橫渡


這時候再去玩壯舉，時間上，有點不早嘍！不過，人生就是不做，一定後悔！

行前教練傳授秘技，自救五步，與魚雷浮標的使用。


  1. 韻律呼吸
  2. 水母飄
  3. 立泳
  4. 仰飄
  5. 抽筋自救
