Procalcitonin 是什麼碗糕？

離開ICU太久了，之前一個M&M的case，在開完刀48小時內死亡，病人有頑固性，持續性的代酸，只看到最後的醫矚是serum procalcitonin，這可是新鮮事喔！查了一下資料！




運用在幾個方面：


  • 細菌性感染與全身性發炎反應
  • 敗血症(Sepsis)與多臟器功能失常綜合症(MODS)
  • 心衰竭休克其他血液循環失調
  • 急性呼吸窘迫症候群(Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome, ARDS)
  • 自體免疫疾病、慢性非細菌性發炎、其他炎症

而目前新流感的診治中，能發揮什麼樣的功效呢？
